Our LHS welding students recently took a trip down the street to GPTC. They were able to see what the next step in their journey to certification entailed, visit with students and pick up a few new tips during their visit. Congratulations to #MHSHighlanders Matthew Aguilar and Ian Leroux! Both received Military Academy Nominations from Congressman Tom Cole. Matthew also received a nomination from Sen. James Inhofe and has applied to Air Force Academy and Naval Academy. Ian has applied to West Point and the Navel Academy.
