Enrollment Schedule

GEAR UP (Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs) for college! The website okcollegstart.org is the offical source for plannning a college education in Oklahoma. To begin, simply click on the Plan for College tab in the top left corner. The Plan for College section shows students how planning for college early makes it ieasy to plan out their future. Start with the Planner Timeline, which can be used by students as early as 5th grade. It gives you tips on what to do each year to get ready for college.

GEAR UP is available to 8th, 9th, and 10th grade students whose annual family income is $50,000 or less-you can earn FREE COLLEGE TUITION. You may apply online (www.okpromise.org) or call Mrs. Jackson-Seeley-8th grade Counselor, for a packet and more information.

Dear Parent or Guardian:

Exciting news for the upcoming 2009-2010 Yearbook! Beginning August 1, 2009, you can now purchase your yearbook on-line using your credit card or send your payments straight to Jostens. In addition to this great new feature is the possibility of paying in installments throughout the year (this feature is only available on-line).

Also, for the 2009-2010, we are offering Yearbook Recognition Ads. What are Yearbook Recognition Ads? They are a great way to commemorate student achievements and important milestones. In addition, revenues from recognition ads help our school to create a better yearbook. Jostens is managing our school's yearbook ad sales so please do not contact or send materials to our school. Please be sure to read the ad content guidelines on the back of this order form and send your materials to the address specified. To purchase your ad follow the instructions on the order form that will be available for you to download at JostensAdService.com. Your ad order must be received by November 30, 2009.

In addition, you can now get your pictures in the yearbook! The Yearbook Staff invites students and parents to submit photos for the yearbook. If you've got great photos of school and community events or you and your friends just having fun, we'd like to see them. Our photographers can't be everywhere. Help us get as many photos as possible to create a terrific book everyone will want to have.

Here is how you can submit photos online:
• Go to: https://images.jostens.com/login
• If it does not automatically log you into the site, enter

username: 400000403 and password: macarthur
Browse to select the photo(s) you wish to upload.
Enter information about the photo and provide contact information in case the staff needs additional information.
Click "Save Details".

It's that easy! Submit your photos today! The last day to submit photos is March 1, 2010.
