The Mini-Macs have been very busy in the month of February. In math the students have been busy working on Faces of Symmetry and Classroom Shopping. Can your child count back change? Try this at home. You never know. It could be the change from your $20 bill.

Reading is working on the 6th hour reading club. Six Flags helps sponsor this event. World History has just finished studying Rome and will begin Ancient China. Come by and check out their mosaics. They are awesome.

Don't forget science projects are due March 6th. The students have been working on them since January. This will be an exciting time to visit and see the students' final products.

In English, the sutdents finished their chapter o verbs and have been concentrating on their research reports. We are studying the Udnerground Railroad, synonyms, antonyms, and analogies.

Bench marks for 6th grade are just around the corner. Please be sure your child is present the week of Mar. 7 and that they 7eat a good breakfast and get plety of rest.
