Lawton Public Schools

Total Wellness Health will give free T-Dap immunizations (7^th grade booster) at all LPS middle school sites*.

All incoming 7th grade students must have this immunization before they pick up their schedule next year.\r\n

\r\n

If you are interested in having your student receive this immunization at school, you will need to complete the Parental Consent for Immunization.

\r\n

Parents do not need to be present with the student at time of immunization and there is no charge.   \r\n

\r\n
