2005-2006 Rules
BEHAVIOR
- Student Planner is required for every class everyday.
- Sharpen pencils before the bell rings or when the teacher is not speaking.
- Be in your assigned seat and ready to work when the bell rings
- Come prepared to class with needed materials every day.
- Stay seated when the teacher is talking. Raise your hand if you need to ask a
QUESTION
- Do not bring food, candy, or drinks in the hallways or classrooms.
- Use the time between classes wisely. Restroom passes are rarely given. The teacher will determine emergency cases as needed.
- The bell does not dismiss you. Please wait until the teacher dismisses you.
- Respect yourself and respect others’ feelings, personal space, and property.
ASSIGNMENTS/TESTS
- Turn in all assignments with the proper heading in the upper right-hand corner:
- first and last name
- _____ Hour (your hour number)
- Date ( 8-16-02)
- Assignment – Pg. 36 1-15
- Use pencil or erasable blue/black pen to do assignments. Math assignments must be done in pencil only.
- Turn in assignments on time. Homework is due at the beginning of the next class period unless the teacher tells you otherwise. You should write the due date on your paper and in your planner.
- Be prepared to make up a test or assignments according to the number of days absent.
- IMPORTANT: Please attend 8 th hour to receive help on assignments or use the library for assignment requirements.
GRADING
- The following grading scale will be used:
A = 93-100%
B = 85- 92%
C = 75- 84%
D = 65- 74%
F = 64 and below
